Returns & Exchanges

As per the law, all orders are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase.

All made-to-measure custom orders are final and non-refundable, but you can exchange the same for an item of equal or higher value, if the item is the incorrect size or damaged.

We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability.

Any exchanges/returns should be brought to our notice within 14 days of the sale.

Any claims made afterward for a refund would not be honored.
